Casa Monica is a stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the sought after area of Los Pinos in Calpe. Boasting a privileged location, it is within walking distance to three restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the sea and the lively boulevard. With a private south facing pool, this villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Mediterranean getaway.
As you enter through the private driveway, you find a tranquil outdoor space with a private 8x4 swimming pool, outdoor shower and sun loungers for sunbathing. The covered sitting area invites you to relax in the shade, while the covered dining area and gas barbecue make alfresco meals a delight. For added convenience, there is a small outdoor bathroom by the pool with toilet and sink.
Indoors, the spacious main living area on the ground floor is designed for comfort. Just off the naya, a dining table leads into the cosy living room, equipped with a 4-seater sofa, an armchair and a Smart TV. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large fridge, freezer, oven, 5-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machines and a kettle. Next to the kitchen there is another dining table, with direct access to the garden.
The ground floor also has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom, also with double bed and air conditioning, has its own wardrobe. At the end of the corridor there is a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
On the upper floor, accessible only by an external staircase, are the third and fourth bedrooms. Both offer double beds, air conditioning and wardrobe, and each has access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. One of the bedrooms also features a Smart TV and a mini fridge. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
