It's an easy walk to the beach, shops and amazing restaurants.
There is a private parking space in the courtyard behind the house.
Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom, a twin bedroom with luxury single beds suitable for adults, and a single bedroom.
There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs.
The lounge is spacious with two large sofas and an armchair.
Adjoining the lounge is a newly refurbished kitchen/diner with dining table to seat 6. There is a patio to the back of the house.
A travel cot and high chair are provided.

Broadstairs ist für Ausflüge nach London oder Canterbuy super gelegen und die Küste und die Pubs sind sehr schön.Die Ferienwohnung ist für uns als Familie exzellent gewesen. Groß und gemütlich. Peter als Gastgeber ist ein Geschenk. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer anprechbar.Sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing property. Lots of space comfy beds, great shower and cooking facilities. Really close to town and you can leave the car if needed as there's lots to do close by. Thanks for a great stay.

Another amazing week in this great property. We have been coming to Broadstairs for at least six years and always stayed in this excellently located house with the added bonus of a parking space. Well within walking distance of the town and all the restaurants etc. we love this house!
