Our Campsite Directly on the Baltic Sea
Welcome, and we're glad you found us!
The ostseequelle.camp is located in a scenic setting by the sea, nestled between forest, meadows, and hills, and is crossed by a small stream called Ostseequelle.
Our campsite offers various accommodation options and boasts modern, upscale facilities. Our 4-star campsite has recently received several awards from ADAC and Camping.info.
In total, we have over 250 pitches spread across approximately 7 hectares. The campsite, managed by the Ehrlich family for 30 years, is situated very close to the Baltic Sea between Boltenhagen and Wismar.
To reach the 3.5 km long sandy beach of Wohlenberger Wiek, you walk about 30 meters past our entrance towards the sea, cross just one road, and you'll already be standing on the fine sand.
The bay features very shallow waters, which are always 2 degrees warmer, making it ideal for children.
In the southern part of Wohlenberger Wiek, there is a spacious area for kite and windsurfing. It's worth noting that you can also find mussels and seaweed on our natural beach.
The seaweed that washes ashore regularly is removed approximately every 4 weeks, and the municipality collects a tourist tax for this. Wohlenberger Wiek is a bay in the western part of Wismar Bay, named after the village of Wohlenberg, a district of Klütz. It features a shallow water zone up to 300 meters wide and, in the southern part, a shallow, fine-sand coast with dunes.
The bay is bordered by Tarnewitz Hook and Hohe Wieschendorf Hook. Dogs are welcome at our campsite; however, during the high season, only one dog is permitted per pitch.
There is also a dog beach near the campsite. Our guests come to us to relax peacefully in nature on the Baltic coast, to watch their children play in the shallow water or their dogs frolic on the dog beach. Our guests also enjoy our bicycle rental service, exploring the hilly and beautiful surroundings via the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route, which is located directly in front of the campsite.
In the evenings, many guests end their day watching the sunset on the beach or on the sun terrace of our Italian restaurant, enjoying a pizza and a glass of wine. We are located between Boltenhagen and Wismar at the following address: Strandstraße 21, 23968 Hohenkirchen (Niendorf district), Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Caution! Our street exists twice with this postal code.
We are not located in Zierow.

Alles war sehr sauber,die Anlage,der Bungalow-klasse. Das Personal war freundlich,wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Auch der Strandbereich wurde gut sauber geführt.
Eventuell könnte die Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf dem Gelände erweitert werden.Aber insgesamt war es sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Im Prinzip ,war es soweit alles sehr zufriedenstellend und gut und wir kommen wieder.
Wir sind zeitlich ehr angereist, es führte leider kein Weg rein,daß wir ehr einchecken konnten.
Es hat in strömen geregnet und es gab kein Raum wo man sich aufhalten konnte . Zudem wäre ein schöner Spielplatz für die Kinder auf der Anlage schön,soweit abseits,da wo er jetzt ist ,finden wir etwas unpraktisch.
