There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our staff discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. tobacco smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least EUR 200.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, there is a fair use policy for the utilities that will apply with a limit of EUR 80 included.
For first time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and garbage bag.
Extra keys: 20 euros.
Extra linen: 30 euros (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The nightlife is full of vibrant places to spend a good time with your family and friends. Me had a very nice stay of two weeks, the place is very cozy and comfortable. Aboslutely recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet place to have a good rest and stay in porto

We had a great stay in this flat, the only downsides being damp in the bathroom and bad smells from the drains. Overall, the flat was very pleasant and close to the town centre. The terrace was a plus, as was the relatively peaceful location.
