This property is conveniently situated near public transportation, with the Amadora Este station just a 9-minute walk away.
The Amadora station is also close to the address, approximately 1.3 kilometres from the address.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the last one is furnished with bunk beds and a single bed.
All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Everything is perfect. Very large place, fully equipped! It felt like home. Everything was perfect. Parking on the street, but in a safe area with lots of options.

It was very quiet, the location is more remote, but the metro is about 10 minutes away.
The only thing that made me sad was (I think you should emphasise this) that the door locks from the inside, it's not like here where you lock it from the inside or the outside.... We went out and locked the door...
