There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The lift is in operable so climbing the stairs can be a bit much for long stays. The first two nights deemed very difficult climbing the stairs in the dark to locate the unit, due to no lightning However, the issue was resolved. Overall, we had a safe, and enjoyable stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend staying there.

The accommodation was great, very spacious and in a quiet area, close to places to eat well and you can reach the centre in 30 minutes walking.

L’appartement est sympa et bien situé par contre le toilette d’une des chambres n’évacue pas . Il faudrait vraiment remédier à ça car nous avions pris cette appartement pour que chaque couple est sa salle de bain et son toilette.
