Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is located very close to the metro, making it easily accessible to Porto’s centre touristic spots. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance from grocery shops and a mall. The flat is fully equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant extended stay in Porto. Uber from/to the airport was about 8€ each way.
We certainly would like to stay there again!

Appartement très spacieux, bien situé par rapport à Porto (moins de 30 minutes à pied du pont Luis 1er, moins de 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro General Torres).

Insonorisation insuffisante des appartements, on entend les voisins dans les espaces communs mais aussi dans leur sanitaire et lorsqu'ils parlent forts.
