Bento, is just a 6-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Daily Housekeeping available Welcome! The place is within distance of good restaurants and sites of interest. It is well equipped and comfortable, quiet and with a small but pretty view of the river down below. Don't expect anything luxurious, it is more than sufficient for a short stay. Communication was clear and timely. Visitors from other continents, DO NOT forget your power adaptors!!
