Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi. The Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is just a 25-minute drive. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Please note that a city tax of €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, will be charged upon arrival, as required by local regulations. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included). Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment with 70m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a tabletop.
The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The bedroom is pleasant, with a queen bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Please note that only the 1st apartment and the 3rd apartment have access to the pool.
The 2nd apartment does not have access. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Top accommodation, clean and fresh, everything as described... would gladly return, and Funcha Centrum is 9 minutes away by car. Great surroundings and the best view 🥰. Simply very good, only the vacuum cleaner or broom was missing 🤣, otherwise top notch 👍.

Amazing views! Day and night, a very spacious unit with everything you may need. The walk into the town is beside the building and very easy to access Câmara de lobos! Also close to the highway to get around the island 👍
