If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Integrated into the Historical Centre, where most of Lisbon's less populated parishes are located, São Vicente brings together the spaces of some of Lisbon's oldest parishes and their people, heirs to the history and pride of Graça, Santa Engrácia and São Vicente de Fora. With a privileged central location, extended on a hill overlooking the river and rich in historical and cultural heritage, it is a business card based on the viewpoints of Graça (Sophia de Melo Breyner Andresen Viewpoint) and N.ª Senhora do Monte, the Convent of São Vicente, the Church of Santa Engrácia, renamed the National Pantheon and the various working villages and historical 'Páteos', it is a glimpse of times gone by, that between streets and alleys, each corner reveals a little of the history of Lisbon.

Quite a lot of space, reasonably well equipped kitchen. The only issue was a current leakage in the dishwasher — I got mild shocks a few times

Nice place overall, nice location. Very clean, easy to find, no problem whatsoever with checking in and out. However, the shower was leaking from somewhere in the back so the bathroom was "flooded" even after a quick shower.

Bel appartement bien rénové mais une salle de bain trop petite pour le nombre de personnes : manque de rangement.
La literie du grand lit est salle et ne possède pas de protection. Il manque aussi une petite penderie et porte manteaux.
