Welcome to the Linus holiday flat - a place to take a deep breath, relax and feel good. The flat is located in the quiet district of Ohrwege in Bad Zwischenahn and is perfect for those who like it relaxed and comfortable. Whether alone, as a couple or with a dog - here you will find the ideal mix of cosiness, space and nature. And if it can be a little more lively: You can be in the centre of Bad Zwischenahn in just five minutes by car.

The barrier-free ground floor flat offers plenty of space and well thought-out furnishings. The large living and dining room with open-plan kitchen is bright, friendly and invites you to arrive immediately. A comfortable bed awaits in the bedroom, and those travelling in threes or fours can make themselves comfortable on the pull-out couch in the living room.

The modern bathroom is accessible at ground level and is particularly convenient for older guests. Large windows throughout the flat provide plenty of light and a relaxed living atmosphere.

The direct access to the terrace with its own small garden area is particularly nice - a perfect place for the first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is secure storage space for bicycles, golf bags or pushchairs right next to the house.

**What to expect**

The kitchen is fully equipped - from the oven to the coffee machine, everything is there. Wi-Fi, a large smart TV and cosy seating ensure that even rainy days don't get boring. Dogs are welcome, but the flat is non-smoking. And so that all guests can enjoy their peace and quiet, parties or celebrations are not permitted.

Thanks to the key box, arrival is completely flexible - you can check in from 3 pm, departure is possible until 11 am. You can park right outside the door - it couldn't be more convenient.
