Private: swimming pool angular, heated (depth 60 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra) with internal staircase and shutter cover.
Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
Supermarket 450 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant, café 50 m, bus stop "Callao Salvaje" 600 m, sandy beach "Playa de Ajabo" 650 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Siam Park 13 km, Teide 59 km, Masca 30 km, Aeropuerto Sur 27 km, Playa Las Americas 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The house has an awesome pool and three outdoor seating areas plus sunloungers, well equipped with all you would need, bbq, parasol, utensils, towels etc. The bedrooms are well appointed and fans are provided. Nice welcome pack in arrival with some very basics for washing up was appreciated. Very q...
Occasional smell from one of the drains in the master bedroom.
