This large town house is located very close to Tamariu beach, about 250 meters from the promenade where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Brava.
The house consists of three levels: In the main floor, we find the entrance hall that leads to a spacious and pleasant living room with different environments to relax with family.
In the same living room, we also have a comfortable space with a fireplace.
This living room leads to a large terrace where you can enjoy meals outside.
The large independent kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table, from the kitchen we also have access to the large terrace of this beautiful property.
On the first floor is the night area which consists of a triple bedroom with built-in wardrobes and access to a balcony, two double bedrooms with access to the same balcony, another double bedroom and finally two full bathrooms with showers.
On the ground floor we have the large garage in which there is a versatile space, laundry room and also a bathroom with 2 large showers.
Leaving the garage, we have a large patio leading to the exterior gate of the property.
