(+) : Easy to find, very well equipped, warm and comfortable and warm. Parking for a hire car very easy, especially in winter. Plenty of room for four bikes. (Bike hire and a great coffee shop very close). Good supermarket not too far away. Extremely convenient cold water swimming too!
