(+) : Casa muy agradable, con mucho espacio.
Muy bien situada, al lado de la playa, del centro de Benicasim.
(-) : Falta algunos platos para cocinar ( por ejemplo no hay plato profundo para hacer una ensalada... No hay cosa para lavar la lechuga...) pero todo eso es un detalle

(+) : Es la segunda vez que alquilamos esta vivienda y nos sigue gustando mucho. El jardín, para los niños, es estupendo. Espero que no vuelvan a subir el precio porque queremos volver.
(-) : Va un poco justo de menaje de cocina. Un escurreplatos, alguna ensaladera, etc.
