The open-plan living/sleeping area is flooded with light and tastefully furnished. A high-quality foldaway bed offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 2 people (2x 70x200 cm). A comfortable lounge area with sofas, armchairs, flat-screen TV and Bose system with USB connection ensures relaxing hours after long days at the beach. The adjoining dining area is designed for up to 4 people and offers space for convivial meals; the modern, high-quality kitchenette is also cleverly integrated into the living area. Direct access from the living room leads to the furnished balcony with spectacular sea views! Breathtaking! One of the two bedrooms has a double bed (2x 100x190 cm) and a spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed (80x200 cm) and shelving unit, providing a cosy retreat for another person. The brightly tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and illuminated mirror.

The Miramar has a lift and several stairways. Guests of the Miramar have access to a communal area with sauna and solarium. There is also a communal coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the complex.

A private outdoor car parking space is included with this accommodation. This holiday flat comes with a free WiFi connection and your own seasonal beach chair on the beach (the beach chair is available from approx. May to September, depending on seasonal weather conditions).

The town centre with its tranquil pedestrian zone, various bakeries, supermarkets and shopping facilities is also within easy reach.
