Overall unit was fine but needa some upgrading could use a painting and walk to beach is more than 4minutes as stated in ad..andaccess needs to be better marked.

The property had the essentials needed for a stay, ie beds, dishes clean sheets and towels. The property is in desperate need of maintenance updates .
