ARCACHON, CITY OF PRINTEMPS : CHARMANT DEPENDANCE 400 M FROM THE PLAGE !
In a quiet and residential area of the City of Spring, this pleasant terraced outbuilding of a villa offers about 25 m2 carefully furnished, with a covered terrace and a small garden.
The access is on foot, by a quiet path from Avenue Saint-Arnaud. From the entrance, you will discover a functional kitchen (induction plates 2 fires, small refrigerator and hood). A well thought out clearance offers storage shelves, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, and leads to a bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
The main room is well arranged: On one side, a sleeping area features a double bed (140) and a wardrobe; on the other, a seating area consisting of two armchairs and a TV opens onto a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs.
It overlooks a small south-facing garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
A second garden is also at the front of the rental (East), offering a green setting upon arrival.
Parking is easy on the street.
The set is modest but very well maintained, and offers a good level of equipment for a pleasant stay close to the sea. The location is particularly noteworthy: the beach is only 400 metres away, a grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, and the city centre with its shops (Monoprix) is about 10 minutes away.
Animals are not allowed.
The white linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: holidays33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). The starting cleaning is included, following a normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay. Benefits included: Studio starting house / S. Cabin / T1 A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
