A lovely, low-rise property in a quiet and peaceful location on the Eastern plateau of the Resort, with extensive outdoor areas. Furnished in modern, contemporary style, this delightful villa offers everything one could wish for.
Through the grand entrance of the property, you enter the spacious living area. Elegant in its decoration, the room boasts a large corner sofa, flat screen TV and large windows opening up to the rear landscaped gardens. The dining room, located just off the kitchen, features a grand dining table with eight dining chairs and is the perfect setting for entertaining. The contemporary kitchen is designed in Italian wood and offers quality, modern appliances including an integrated dishwasher, electric oven with hob, microwave and American style fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom, situated on the ground floor, offers a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes and parquet flooring and a large en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower plus a separate shower cubicle, double vanity unit and a WC.
The second bedroom is just a few steps above the ground floor and features a double bed, fitted wardrobes and French doors which lead to the pool and patio area. The adjacent shower room features a single vanity sink, shower cubicle and a WC.
The third bedroom is just a few steps below the ground floor. It features two single beds, bedside table and wardrobes. This bedroom also has an en-suite marble bathroom with a shower cubicle, single vanity unit and a WC.
The ground floor also features a convenient guest cloakroom.
Outside the Villa, the landscaped gardens create a stunning backdrop for the large 5m x 10m private swimming pool* with Roman steps, a large lawned area ideal for children and a magnificent barbeque area complete with outdoor furniture - making this the ideal spot for dining alfresco!

Lovely spacious villa with a generous pool and garden. Great welcome pack and owner very helpful. Car essential but good facilities on resort within a few minutes drive especially for families.
