Villa Gregorovitch offers an idyllic retreat for up to six adults and two children, designed to capture the essence of a Tinos island summer. Located on a private, secure estate in Tinos, this villa provides an ideal base from which to explore this lesser-known Cycladic island, renowned for its picturesque villages, scenic hiking trails, and pristine beaches. The property boasts three spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, private parking, and a sea-view restaurant and infinity pool bar nearby for enjoying sunset cocktails. Just a short drive from Tinos' main town and port, Gregorovitch ensures convenient access to the island’s attractions.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are beautifully crafted, spanning two levels and overlooking the Aegean Sea and surrounding countryside. Constructed from local stone and wood, the landscape is further enhanced by native trees and plants providing natural shade. On the upper level, you’ll find a large balcony complete with a lounge area, barbecue, dining space, and chairs. Steps down lead to the private swimming pool and sun terrace, equipped with deck chairs, loungers, and shaded day beds, creating a perfect sanctuary for relaxation.
Inside, Gregorovitch is elegantly styled in neutral tones, blending luxury with comfort. The pool terrace level houses three serene bedrooms, each with high-quality bedding and tasteful décor. The master bedroom features a double bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the outdoor area. Another bedroom offers twin beds (convertible into a double) and a bunk bed, while the third bedroom has a double bed with a separate bathroom. The upper level includes a light-filled living area with a comfortable lounge, fireplace, dining area, and a modern kitchen fully equipped for all your culinary needs.
Tinos’ finest beaches, such as Agios Fokas, are conveniently close to the villa. This sandy beach, located just a mile away, is ideal for families with its shallow, crystal-clear waters. For larger gatherings, an adjacent villa with four additional double bedrooms and a private pool can be rented separately, offering ample accommodation for a group getaway.
Gregorovitch provides a range of luxurious features, including a private swimming pool, air-conditioning, washing machine, safe box, sun loungers, outdoor shower, BBQ (charcoal), fully equipped kitchen, espresso and coffee machines, baby cot and highchair upon request, hairdryer, bath amenities, and an outdoor dining area. Daily housekeeping is included, with linen changes twice weekly, towel changes every two days, and pool towel changes twice weekly.
Please note, a security deposit equal to one night's stay is required for this villa, ensuring peace of mind during your holiday.
