We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. There are many bus links to be found at the junction of Leith Walk and Great Junction street. 5-10 mins walk across Leith links park. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). A 10-minute stroll to the Shore, a happening spot where you'll find plenty of trendy eateries, charming cafes and plenty of activities to keep you entertained.
My lovely home is 100m2 in size and fully-furnished with all the essentials to make you feel at home during your stay in exciting Edinburgh! Welcome to our home! You'll have plenty of sights and sounds to explore in the vicinity. The modern and simple layout of the living room will allow you to relax after a busy day in the city.
The space has sofas, a Smart TV (stream online content like Netflix, Amazon Prime YouTube, BBC Iplayer etc.) The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, Air Fryer, oven and stove, so you can easily cook a tasty meal right at home.
We have also provided a toaster and kitchenware for your use. There are 2 bedrooms for a good night's sleep in; each is completed with a double bed, fresh linens and ample storage space for your belongings. The flat also has 2 bathrooms; one features a bathtub, and the other, a walk-in shower and heated towel rack.
Please note there is no hairdryer. Enjoy your stay!

Leith is a gorgeous port district filled with plenty of eateries and activities to enjoy. There are some amazing spots on Constitution Street and by the Shore, such as Chop House, The Compass and Port O'Leith.
Some of our favourite attractions in the area are Ocean Terminal shopping centre where you can visit The Royal Britannia. You can also head to Leith Links where you can stroll through or sit and have a picnic. The Shore also offers some great sights and places to eat nearby.

The communication was first class. I was aware of where to find the key and the apartment was perfect for our stay. Parking around the area is difficult too find a most of it is limited to permit holders, but again the communication about this was excellent. The location is great and a short walk takes you to the tramand access to the city. There are other busses if you know how they work.

Enjoy the living room very much, but the shower was too small with low water pressure. The power switch for the bathroom vent was near the ceiling so didn’t know they existed until the last day. Nice kitchen and the laundry was extremely useful for families with kids. The beds could use new mattresses as you can definitely feel the spring coils. Spacious living room with dining table.
