We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The flat is well positioned for easy access to the hub of Clapham Junction which provides easy transport access in all directions (into central London, as well as out to Airports such as Gatwick and Heathrow). This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). This is a light and spacious 1-bed apartment set of the 1st floor of an end-terrace.
Amazing location with parks, transport, eating and entertainment. Welcome to our home! Light and spacious, our home is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The property has a generous open-plan kitchen and reception room, with abundantly high ceilings and large windows that provide excellent natural light. The bedroom is also a good size and is positioned to the rear of the property, providing a quieter aspect.
As is the case throughout the property, it has plenty of storage.
Here, you'll find a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The central hallway is equipped to store coats and shoes, and from here, you can access the newly fitted bathroom, which has a combination bath and shower. We also provide fresh towels and complimentary eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Because our flat is part of a quiet building where sound easily carries, we kindly ask you to be mindful of loud noises, especially since there is a neighbor's bedroom directly beneath the living room.
To help keep the building peaceful, quiet hours are strictly from 10 PM to 7 AM. During this time, we ask that you keep the TV and voices down, avoid moving any furniture, and refrain from indoor ball games. We also ask for your help in minimizing noise during late arrivals, early departures, or when receiving deliveries.
Please ensure taxis do not use their horns and be careful not to ring other flats' bells.
Finally, when disposing of rubbish, please ensure it is securely tied in black bags only.
These should be taken to the front bins and placed inside a bin that already contains other black bags, making sure never to place them on top of clear recycling bags. I hope you have a fantastic stay, and thank you so much for your understanding!

The property is positioned on a highly sought after street, with it being secure and tranquil, yet turn the corner less a minute walk away, and there is a volume of green space, shopping, culture and transport.
Positioned just off the eminently popular Battersea Rise and Northcote road you have access to shopping, restaurants, pubs and gelaterias.
On the other side, a further minute walk away, you have acres of green space in Clapham Common, and a further walk away you can find yourself in Battersea Park.
