Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest tube station, Bethnal Green, is just a 7-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is approximately a 70-minute drive from the property. The property is located in close proximity to a train line, which may not be ideal for individuals who are sensitive to noise. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Warm, clean, well equipped, fantastic views.
Coffee and teabags very welcome plus water bottles in fridge.
Lovely white fluffy towels.
Everything was perfect.
Bethnal Green is a beautiful vibrant area. Enjoyed Brick Lane Sunday market.

Fine base for a weekend in London Fine room, fully equipped, great base to explore the city. Nice view. Nice neighbourhood.
The sofa is not that comfortable and the mattresses of the single beds are with springs. Not so comfortable, but tastes differ. Shower head cannot be hung high.

it was very easy to find with the instructions given and super close to all the shops on brick lane which was perfect for some vintage shopping!
