We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Stratford International, is just a 7-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is a 1 hour and 32-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Our 113 sqm three-bedroom apartment is in a lively and bustling neighbourhood known for its multicultural atmosphere and friendly community.

Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the third has a convertible bed that can turn into a double bed. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a lovely apartment over 2 floors, very secure and close to all amenities. The apartment was clean and good quality furnishings. Communication in the lead up to our stay was excellent, I received quick responses to any queries we had. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it to others.
