I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
It's a 2 min walk to the main Bath/Bristol bus route.
Bristol Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). This homely 1-bedroom apartment is well positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac just outside the City Centre and close to the RUH.
The private converted space (attached to the owners' house) has its entrance.
It is perfect for couples looking for a pleasant stay near the city, and it's only a 2-minute walk to the main Bath/Bristol bus route and is right next to the cycle track. Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 45m² bijou annexe provides a light, airy and open living space.
It features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom, offering privacy and tranquillity, has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The ensuite bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and soap. We constantly try to improve; hence, we recently replaced the chairs and bed frame with new, sturdier ones. Note that you can park on the street for free. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
