Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Clapham Junction, is just a 12-minute walk away. Heathrow Airport is a 31-minute drive from the property. Please note that construction is currently underway in the building across the street, which may result in higher noise levels during the day. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Great apartment with everything you could possibly need. View of the Thames from the balcony was a nice bonus! We enjoyed the added benefit of parking! I was a little worried we wouldn’t fit our car in Volvo xc60 but if you turn the car round at the end of the row, drive past the pillar next to the space and then reverse in, we got in fine. It was tight but doable!

Fairly easy check in. Didn’t love having to pick up/drop off keys to/from another locationConstruction going on daily directly across from the flat. Extremely warm in the flat but opening windows helpedAll in all a decent stay. Guest ready was always available and helpful. Safe clean area

This is a lovely flat, and Guest Ready was very helpful in making sure we had two keys; one for me and one for my flat-mate. They were also flexible in our checkout time which was very helpful.
