I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Reading Green Park, is just a 7-minute drive.
Heathrow Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

There are four bedrooms.
Three bedrooms with double beds and one room with two single beds.
All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathrooms contain all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience.
Please note that only one bathroom has a shower.
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Great, spacious place, perfect for big groups, with plenty of parking available. The owners were easy to deal with and provided all the information we needed, making the stay smooth and stress-free. Just a heads up that it’s about a 10–12 minute drive or taxi ride into town, which we found very reasonable, and there are supermarkets only 2–3 minutes away by car. Would happily stay again.

Lovely house with garden on a quiet residential road outside of the city but perfect for what me and my friends needed. Comfy beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, responsive hosts and clear self check in details.
Driveway parking for two cars. It could have done with some extra touches, such as toilet paper and milk provided, but overall a warm, clean, comfy home at a good value. Highly recommend.
