Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Great Portland Street, is just a 4-minutes walk. Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property. The unit is located on the lower ground floor via stairs.
Although not busy, some sound may be experienced from the road. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

Please note that the nearby construction works are expected to continue until September/November 2026. Beautiful room : How beautiful the room is and close to where I needed to be Loud people coming in and out of the building, slamming doors, and shouting at early hours of the morning. As I was right by the front door. Fire alarm kept going off all night

Great location in a pleasant neighbourhood, with public transport and pubs very close by. Everything was spotlessly clean, but very small and impersonal. Great location.

Very nice: Nice place to sleep. Walking distance to the centre. Supermarket around the corner but away from the hustle and bustle, which is nice. Bed was good! Shower was good! Netflix TV was very nice. Thank you. The shower in the bedroom makes a lot of noise.
