Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Dollis Hill, is just a 3-minutes walk. Heathrow Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The stay was perfect. The accommodation was spotless and very well located (a 3-minute walk from the tube) for our trips into central London. The host was always very responsive to our requests. We will definitely book this accommodation again for our next stay in London.

A very pleasant stay. Close to the underground station. The host replies quickly and is very helpful. The flat was clean and tidy. However, there was some roadworks outside whilst we were there, which meant there was a lot of noise during the day.

Great flat, perfect for what we needed, was clean and had all amenities we needed. Key location was a little further than expected (10 minute walk) and needed a bit of work to locate - but if you sort this out beforehand its not too bad.
