Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Chiswick Park, is just a 2-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. There is no elevator.
The property is only accessible by stairs. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay for a few days visiting london Close to the railway. Fully furnished, even with kids toys (although we didn't need those) The entrance is a narrow stairway going down. A bit awkward with large suitcases. Everything else was great.

Had a fantastic stay here in early January. It was freezing outside but the flat stayed nice and warm. It was as spacious as it looked in the photos, with a nice big living area. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking essentials like pans, oil, salt etc, so it was easy to prep some meals at home when we didn't fancy eating out. The mattresses were comfortable to sleep on, nice and firm.

Calm and relaxing like if I was in my own house Very clean apartment. Lots of kitchen utensils and in general I didn't miss anything to live like if it was my home for 15 days.
Nothing special. It was all ok, nothing bad to say.
