The outside area of the house has an 8,5 x 4,5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.6m to 2m. To access the pool you have to climb 3 steps and open a small door, so the access for the youngest members of the house is limited.
In the surrounding area there is 1 outdoor shower, a total of 6 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to relax while sunbathing.
Note that on the street where the house is located there are 2 electricity towers.
These towers do not produce any annoying sounds.
Within the property there is a paved area including the parking area which has a total of 380m2. In the exterior area of the house there are 2 porches, a 15m2 one at the entrance and a furnished 30m2 one where there is the fixed barbecue, sink; and where you can enjoy fantastic moments with your loved ones.
The privacy of the villa is partial and you can park a total of 5 vehicles, 4 outdoors and 1 in the garage. As you enter the house, you will find an open area comprising the air-conditioned living room, dining area and kitchen.
In the living room, you can unwind from your daily routine by watching satellite TV, enjoying a DVD or settling down with a good book.
The dining area is the perfect place to share long, relaxed meals and conversations with family and friends.
The kitchen is partially separated from the living and dining area by a breakfast bar and is equipped with everything you need to prepare your best dishes, including a gas hob. The property also has a separate laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Besides all this, Inca is known throughout the island for the quality of its leather shops, for its famous cellars (restaurants) where you can taste the specialties of Majorcan cuisine and its traditional "Thursday" market, which has beeb held uninterruptedly for over 7 centuries.
The most interesting places to visit are the three late Gothic and Baroque churches which date from the thirteenth century, the monastery of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest.
This mountain is also an excellent viewpoint of the whole island.
And for those who wish to enjoy the nightlife in the town, they can visit the Plaza del Angel where there are several bars and terraces where you can take a drink.
Only 25 min. away by car you can reach the Bay of Alcudia, which has over 30 km of coastline.
It is dominated by sandy, tranquil beaches, alternating with more animated ones, like the on in Port of Alcudia. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. We spent four nights here without any issues regarding comfort or amenities! The air conditioning worked perfectly during our time there, keeping us refreshed while relaxing indoors after beach outings. Having laundry facilities also kept everything neat throughout our stay.

Die großzügige Küche ist wirklich aufgefallen, wir konnten problemlos unsere Mahlzeiten zubereiten, ohne uns eingeengt zu fühlen. Auch der separate Waschbereich war sehr praktisch für saubere Kleidung nach einem Tag draußen.
