The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing.
A wonderful porch and a fully furnished terrace invite you to enjoy unforgettable evenings with your family.
Perhaps you would like to enjoy a delicious barbecue after a long day at the pool? The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby. The house is laid out entirely on one floor.
The living-dining room features an attractive stone wall and is equipped with two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning.
There is also a second separate dining room with a large table for all guests, a sofa and air conditioning.
The separate kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home.
The property has three bedrooms with wardrobes: one with two single beds and two with a double bed. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
There is also a second bathroom with a shower, accessible from the communal areas of the house.
If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those seeking tranquillity without straying too far from the town, although we recommend that you come with a car. Inca is a small town in the centre of the island with a lot of charm and a wide variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products.
In addition, this town is known for its famous cellers, restaurants where you can sample Mallorcan specialities, and its traditional Thursday market.
This market has been held continuously for more than seven centuries.
The chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint over the island, is well worth a visit.
On the other hand, for those who wish to enjoy the beach, in just 20-25 minutes by car, you can reach the north coast and the fine sandy beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.
In the area, if you explore a little, you will find small sandy or rocky coves. Access road shared with a nearby neighbour. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Wir, eine Familie mit 4 Personen, hatten sechs wirklich schöne Tage! Die Lage ist (+\-zugleich) recht abgeschottet, man hat das schöne und geräumige Haus und den herrlichen Pool für sich alleine. Es ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Charme. Toller Außengrill, schöne Terrassen...
Das Doppelbett hätte für uns als (großes) Paar etwas größer sein können, die Matratzen etwas fester. Etwas störend waren kleine Mücken, die immer um's Gesicht geschwirrt sind; da wäre es gut, wenn die an den Fenstern angebrachten Mückennetze/-gitter intakt wären. Handtücher prima, Fußmatten im Bad sollten erneuert werden. Aufgrund der etwas abgeschotteten Lage braucht man definitiv ein Auto.

Es war einfach nur schön. Die Anfahrt dorthin ist auch nicht wirklich kompliziert. Auf jeden Fall sollte man mit einem Auto kommen. Ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt. Und werde diese Finca weiterempfehlen

The property is tired but has great potential. The pool is great and the size of the property is perfect for a family of 2 Adults and up to 3 kids. However the beds and sofas are very tired and need replacing. The consumer unit tripped several times during our stay and some of the lights did not wor...
