The property is located in the urban core of Petra, has neighbour next door and total privacy. The property is divided into three buildings.
The interior of the main building is decorated in a traditional style with bright, friendly rooms.
In the living room on the ground floor you can spend a lazy afternoon watching a film (satellite reception). In a second living room you can also rest on the sofa or enjoy reading.
Two stylish dining rooms invite you to have your meals together.
The first dining room is very original.
The second dining area is in the pretty winter garden.
The typical, mallorcan style kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and a gas stove.
A shower room is available in this house.
Also there are 2 bedrooms with an en-suite shower bathroom and access to the garden, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. In the two secondary buildings, there are 2 bedrooms in each building. All bedrooms have got its corresponding bathroom en suite and exit to the pleasant terrace.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and 3 bedrooms have two single beds each.
All the buildings have central heating and are separated from each other.
If you travel with family, 3 cots and 3 high chairs can be provided.
Finally, the house has a laundry area, with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
There are also 6 fans in total. The Finca is located in the authentic and quiet place Petra, in the central part of Majorca.

The villa was better than expected. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you would need, bedrooms we large. Everything was clean. Only thing we didn't appreciate was someone walking into the property unannounced from an adjoining door complaining we shouldn't be in the pool at 11pm. We booked the villa for private use so this upset our party.

We loved the place, perfect for a big family gathering. Every bedroom was big with a small separate patio or balcony for its own privacy, if needed. The pool area was the place we spent most of the time and helped us to cool down during a very warm week. Kitchen was nice and had most of the utensils you need to cock.
