The approximately 90 m² house "Schöne Aussicht am Eifelsteig" in the Widdau district can accommodate 6 people.

It is equipped with 3 separate bedrooms (1 double room, 2 single rooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room). There is 1 bathroom with a shower-bathtub, sink, and toilet.

An additional guest toilet is available.

Two further sinks are located in the bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine, and all usual kitchen utensils. The living and dining room features an open fireplace and satellite TV.

From here, you can access one of the two terraces.

The southwest-facing terrace offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Rur valley and a magnificent view of the clear starry sky in the evening.

A large east-facing terrace is perfect for a sunny breakfast. Two outdoor terraces / garden furniture, a lounge corner in the courtyard, and a charcoal grill are available. Garage use is free of charge.

Parking spaces are available at the house. WLAN is free. Non-smoking house; no pets allowed! Please note that a security deposit of €200 must be paid for this accommodation.

Please transfer this amount along with the remaining balance of the booking price to the provided account 7 days before arrival. Ancillary costs are included. WLAN is included. From 2026: Overnight stay tax of €2.50 per person per night. On the day of arrival, the holiday apartment is available from 2:00 PM. Keys can be collected from an external safe at the Rodertouristik office.
