Great recently renovated apartment located at the best area of town, the well known Paseo Joan Carles I. Place has 1 nice terrace and 2 balconies, new Air conditioning unit.
Its located beside the hip NH hotel collection which has 2 nice restaurants and a pool, apt its also steps away from the 5 stars "Ibiza Gran Hotel", and clubs as Lio and Pacha.
Talamanca beach Its just a 10 min walk and also just 10 min walk to Ibiza town and the bustling Ibiza harbour. Very big Supermarket just 3 min walking distance.
this is an entirely recently renovated one bedroom apartment, high security entrance door and new doors inside the unit. It could fit 3 people as it has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. brand new powerful and silence air conditioning unit.
place its around 55 square meters, it has a good size kitchen, dining space with table and very decent size bathroom.
