Nice apartment located in Palmanova just 100 meters from the beautiful Son Maties beach.
It has 90 meters distributed in living room, three double bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds),a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another en suite with bathtub.
It also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Terrace overlooking the garden and the sea.The house is located in an unbeatable area just 100 meters from the entire leisure area, 150 meters from Magaluf beach, 150 meters from Katmandu Park, shopping center, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.-As you know, in some areas there is a mandatory tax called ecotasa, used by public agencies for the preservation of the environment.
