Villa Vista is nestled into the hillside like a large armchair and opens up with a sweeping view over the terraces, pool, and lush valley to the town, the sea, and the port of Dénia.
The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views, three bathrooms, and a spacious living room with an open kitchen, offering comfort and authentic Spanish flair—dark pine wood, colorful tiles, and modern furnishings.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, blender, kettle, and plenty of glasses for sociable evenings.
In the living area, there is a TV, music system, and a wood-burning stove.
The bathrooms are finished to a high standard, with one featuring a bathtub and bidet.
A washing machine is also available. Air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant climate throughout the year. Outdoor area & pool The 1,100 m² garden, with bougainvillea hedges, palm trees, and several terraces, offers both sunny and shady spots—with sea views, a wind-protected courtyard, or relaxing areas under palm trees.
There are sun loungers, a covered dining area with comfortable furniture, and a barbecue.
The pool is located below the terrace and provides fantastic views of Montgó and the sea. Utility charges: Electricity and water meters are read on arrival and departure.
