A semi-detached villa within an elegant residence, set on the slopes of Parzanica - mirroring Lake Iseo - and equipped with a communal swimming pool.
Inside, a spacious and well-equipped flat on two floors, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms on the upper floor.

This is not only because of the interior spaces - 81 m2 distributed over two floors, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms - but also because of the outdoor spaces that amplify the usable area in fine weather.
The panoramic terrace onto which the living room with kitchen on the first floor opens is in fact as spectacular for the view it affords, as it is comfortable and large enough to accommodate both the outdoor dining table and sun loungers, on an adjoining lawn area.
Added to this is, of course, the communal swimming pool, which can be used by guests.
Turning to the interior, the two-storey layout follows a classic pattern: the living area on the ground floor, the sleeping area on the upper floor, with the two bathrooms, one on each floor.
Thus, on the ground floor we find a living area with red leather sofas and television, a comfortable dining table for six, and a wall-mounted kitchen with induction burners, oven, dishwasher, and, of course, fridge and freezer.
The bathroom on this floor has a washing machine and bathtub, and there is also a closet.
The ceilings are with exposed wooden beams, and a staircase, also made of wood, leads to the second floor where we find the master bedroom, with closet and mirrors and a French door leading onto an additional small balcony, and the one with the three single beds.
Both rooms have parquet flooring, offer closets and mirrors, and enjoy natural light.
Here the ceilings, again made of wood and with exposed beams, are sloping but retain good height everywhere.
Closing the parade of rooms is the second-floor bathroom, with a shower.
House amenities include wi-fi and a private garage for car shelter.
The rules of the swimming pool, open from May 1 to mid-October and available for house guests only and not to possible outside visitors, call for compliance with elementary rules of hygiene, safety and common sense, as well as the use of a swimming cap, which is mandatory.
A silence zone is expected to be observed from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. 1) Please inform about your arrival time. 2) It is necessary to show a copy of your passport/identity card at check-in. 3) Swimming pool open from May 1st to October 15th from 9am to 1:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 11pm. 4) Final cleaning fees: euro 110 to be paid by cash upon arrival
