Beautiful one-bedroom apartment (F2) with a superb terrace of approximately 25 m², overlooking ponds and the surrounding countryside, on the first floor of a recently built, high-end residence with a communal swimming pool (open July and August) and elevator, 150 m from the beach.

New, harmonious, and high-quality furnishings, a sofa bed (160 cm) in the living room and a double bed (160 cm) in the bedroom with storage, shower room, separate toilet, reserved parking. (see photo) Classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation.
Towels and linens available for rent upon request, payable on site.
Cleaning service is optional and available for a fee. Advantages: Close to the beach, secure residence, swimming pool, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV, parking, large terrace.
Pets allowed for an additional fee. Keys are collected from the agency, 5.6 km or a 7-minute drive from the apartment. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Single sheets : 15.0 € Per stay . Double sheets : 18.0 € Per stay Property managed by a professional.

appartement très agréable situé au calme, la piscine était accessible contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce donc une belle surprise et peu fréquentée à cette période
