Coolbrook Cottage is a charming, recently refurbished 19th-century family home that comfortably sleeps eight.
Nestled amidst mature woodland, this delightful retreat offers a serene and picturesque setting. Just a 5-minute walk from the local village and a short drive to numerous beautiful beaches, Coolbrook Cottage is perfectly situated for a relaxing summer getaway.
Additionally, the vibrant town of Wexford is only a 20-minute drive away, providing easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The house is accessed through the back door, which opens into a fully fitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a large dining table.
Double doors lead out to a south-east-facing yard, perfect for outdoor dining when the weather permits. The cozy living room, accessible from the kitchen, features an open fire, a spacious seating area, and a formal dining table. Downstairs also includes a utility room with a toilet and washing machine, as well as an office space conveniently located at the foot of the stairs. Upstairs, you'll find four bright and spacious bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one triple room, and a single room.
There are also two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house has preserved much of its original charm, with furniture passed down through generations of the family, adding a touch of history and character to this lovely home.

Ein großes Haus auf riesigem Grundstück. Die große Küche und das Hauptbad sind modern. Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer sind mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet. Das hat viel Charme. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. In der Umgebung sind viele lohnenswerte Ziele mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Beautiful location and space. Loved the Irish countryside and peaceful location. We had a party of 8 and everyone was very comfortable. A variety of sleeping options and beds were comfortable. The host was communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
