Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. The closest station is Rosa Parks (RER E): 6 minutes by foot. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Located in the Flandres district in the 19th arr., this two-bedroom apartment is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate 6, making it the ideal place for friends or families to come and stay in Paris.
It is just 6-minutes from the Rosa Parks RER Station and has all the essentials you need for a pleasant stay. Welcome to my apartment! This well-furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building only accessible by stairs and is within walking distance to various attractions and the Crimée and Rosa Park metro stations. The cosy living room features a TV and a covertible sofa-bed, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day of sightseeing, and a dining table enough to accommodate six.
The area features a large window that lets in a lot of sunlight that brightens up the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and a work desk. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Have a pleasant stay!

The 19th arrondissement is a flagship for urban regeneration. Families enjoy the Canal de l'Ourcq with its waterfront promenade and bike lane that leads to Parc de la Villette. The park is home to museums such as the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and concert venues. The manicured Parc des Buttes Chaumont has waterfalls and city views, while hip crowds hang out in cafes and check out edgy art at Cent Quatre.
During the Summer, the Bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules, do pedalo on the canal, improve their tan comfortably installed on a deckchair or on the sand under the very welcomed water sprays, while sipping beer or Perrier... It's like you're on the Riviera!
