Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest tram station is Angélique Compoint (line Tb3), just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is approximately 45 minutes away by car. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Welcome to my 65 m² apartment, located on the ground floor in the 18th arrondissement.
It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with its 3 bedrooms featuring queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Ideally located just 5 minutes from the tram, this apartment guarantees you a peaceful stay in the City of Light. Welcome! Located on a quiet street, this apartment is a true oasis in the heart of a lively and multicultural neighbourhood. The entrance door of this 65 m² apartment opens onto a bright interior, carefully and elegantly decorated. The living area is designed for your comfort, with a cozy sofa and a television, perfect for your moments of relaxation. The dining space features a table that can accommodate six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linen to ensure restful nights. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.
The other has a sink, mirror, and shower. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All you need to do is relax and enjoy!

Perfect place to visit Paris. You can easily walk to Montmartre and the metro is around the corner. The apartment is in a real neighbourhood with locals and there are nice restaurants and cafes around the corner

Very pleasant flat, ideal for 5 people , plenty of space , good base. In every street shops, supermarket, bakery . Close to bus, about 10min walk tram. I recommend .
