The nearest metro station, Place d'Italie (lines 5, 6 and 7), is just a 4-minute walk. Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay.

It has one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, and it can comfortably accommodate two people. Ideally located a 4-minute from the metro, it offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay in the City of Light. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease. Welcome! Step into this charming and cosy studio, where a bright and elegantly decorated space awaits you. The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, such as a microwave, kettle and espresso machine.
A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The apartment offers a comfortable queen bed (160x200), dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, with storage space underneath. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that's left to do is relax and enjoy!

Great location, a few minutes walking from the Metro station, situated in a quiet residential area. Ground floor apartment stayed cool even during hot summer days in Paris. Well-equipped and clean, would definitely recommend to others.

The flat is in a great location, just a short walk from the underground and shops, yet it’s still quiet.
Bear in mind, however, that the bathroom/toilet is very small. The bedding is comfortable, including the sofa bed.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location close to the metro, bakery, shops and restaurants, very quiet with easy access to central Paris. Only criticism was hot water ran out quickly with 3 people using the shower and flat was quite cold on arrival, took a long time to heat up, (though temperatures were quite low). Would stay there again.
