Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Situated just a 6-minute walk from the Lamarck-Caulaincourt station and a 9-minute walk from the Guy Môquet station, this location offers convenient access to public transportation for exploring all that Paris has to offer.
The apartment itself is cozy and well-appointed, perfect for a comfortable stay in the City of Lights. Metro line 13 Bus nearby (95/80) Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.
Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. This studio apartment in the 18th arrondissement is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre.
