The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table set for six.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden offers a lawn and patio area, complete with outdoor furniture and a sizzling barbecue, making it the ideal spot for alfresco dining or simply enjoying a glass of wine in the evening sun.

The Waverley consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size beds and a bunk bed, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. You'll find a shop and river in 0.5 miles, and a pub, beach, and lake in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, barbecue, and furniture, and private driveway parking for one car with roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A stay at The Waverley promises to be one to remember. Note: Steps throughout the property - please take care. Note: Dogs to be kept downstairs and off furniture. Note: Good housekeeping bond required.
