Casa Fernanda is a very spacious single-story house with a pool that can be heated, a very pleasant terrace, and a large, mature garden primarily composed of indigenous plants and trees.
Built in the 1970s, it has been renovated in the last year to a more contemporary style.
Ideal for guests with reduced mobility and families with children.
Mature garden with complete privacy and security.
Parking area with automatic gates.
Located in a more rural area, the use of a car is recommended, although some local supermarkets offer free home deliveries.
The main door opens to an entrance area and corridor.
The living room features comfortable sofas, a SMART HD TV, and 2 opening doors leading to the covered terrace with a gas grill, beautiful sea views, and panoramic views of Lagos town all the way to Luz.
A few steps lead to the pool terrace with sun loungers and a parasol.
For guests with reduced mobility, they can go around the house.
The living room has a non-recuperative fireplace, ideal for stays outside of the summer season.
Cable TV and fiber optic WiFi are available.
