All on one floor, with a walled garden and terrace, it is ideal for families with children, but also for guests with reduced mobility or even wheelchair users.

It is also possible to rent a car or hire a taxi/Uber. All bed linen is provided, except beach towels (which can be rented from CoolHouses). For stays longer than 14 nights, a cleaning service with a full change of bed linen and towels will be provided.
For stays between 10 and 14 nights, towels will be changed mid-stay. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on the property. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request for a small extra charge. Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas, except the garage. CoolHouses manages this property and its team is always available to assist guests. For stays of 28 days or more, utility costs (water, gas, and electricity) will be charged. There will also be a cleaning fee to cover the costs of cleaning after departure.
Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the agreed terms and price.

É a segunda vez que ficamos na Casa das Amendoeiras, três casais e três crianças. A casa é optima, num só piso e com imenso espaço interior e exterior. Bem equipada. O atendimento da Coolhouses é sempre excelente. Acrescentámos 2 camas de criança no dia da chegada e tudo correu muito bem. Obrigada!
