In the heart of the village of Luz, you'll find Casa Isabell, a one-bedroom apartment on the top floor, just 3 minutes from the beach.
Ideally located, less than a 5-minute walk from the village center and all local shops and restaurants.
Climbing the steps to the first floor (no elevator), the staircase is for private use and only provides access to the apartment.
The main door opens into the hallway and further ahead into the very light and airy living room, furnished with 2 comfortable sofa sets.
The living room opens onto the south-facing balcony with a table and chairs. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen, including all kitchen utensils, with built-in cupboards, electric oven and gas hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and various other appliances. An opening with a counter communicates with the living room and serves as a dining table.
Two high stools. Full bathroom with bathtub/shower. Bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
Access to the balcony shared with the living room. Private parking space next to the apartment, outside the building and duly identified. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi and cable TV. Bed linen and towels are included, except for beach towels (which can be rented from CoolHouses). For stays longer than 14 nights, there will be a cleaning service with a full change of bed linen and towels.
For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change mid-stay. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request for a small extra charge. Guests have access to the entire apartment. CoolHouses manages this property and their team is always available to assist guests. For stays of 28 days or more, utility costs (water, gas, and electricity) will be charged. There will also be a cleaning fee to cover the costs of cleaning after departure.
