Inside you'll find a cosy snug with wood burning stove on the ground floor.
The original 1910 stained glass still filter colour onto the walls inside, there are classic sash windows, and richly coloured, original wooden doors and bannisters are throughout the house.
The main living area is open plan, consisting of a sociable sitting area and a kitchen/dining area- the views dominate through the large picture windows.
There is also an utility space and a downstairs shower room here.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, both doubles have superb views whereas the bunk room faces inland.
You'll also find a family bathroom on this floor as well as direct access to Cambria road above, where there is parking for one vehicle (see details). Brig Y Don was previously occupied by the Anglesey artist Elspeth McNamara - who often used the sitting room to paint in - and some of her original artwork of water scenes & tools are used for decoration in the house.

Beach Road runs from under Telford's famous suspension bridge to the Boat Yard in Menai Bridge and Brig y Don Menai occupies a fine and picturesque position on this quiet road. The Menai Straits has some of the fastest tides in the country and watching the yachts, powerboats and kayakers navigate these waters from the house is a real highlight. The views of the straits and the bridge are fabulous and the house is designed so that nearly every room looks over the water.
