The beach house is located in Pianello del Lario on the western shore of Lake Como, directly on the lake shore approx. 30 metres above the lake level, below the local road and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. In the neighbourhood there are residential and holiday homes, approx. 200 m away is the local church, restaurants on the lake and a small campsite.
The holiday home consists of three holiday flats:
- Holiday flat Nido del Cigno on the ground floor
- Falco holiday flat on the 1st floor
- Holiday flat Rondine on the 2nd floor
The 65 m² Nido alla Riva Cigno holiday flat is the smallest gem in the house - ideal for two people, with a cosy bedroom and double bed.
The flower-filled garden is an oasis by the lake, which you can reach via steps. There are dining table sets and sun loungers in the garden so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full with a view of the lake.
The garden and beach also offer plenty of space for sunbathing, reading, barbecuing or socialising. The beach is gently sloping. A wide gate on the lake side allows water sports equipment to be parked on the property. The house entrance can be reached from the mountain side via a few garden steps. From Pianello you can quickly reach the neighbouring villages to the north and south by car, which offer good shopping facilities, lovely restaurants and typical local trattorias.

The open-plan living area with lake view is characterised by its simplicity and cosy atmosphere, which is accentuated by the open fireplace.
The owners of the holiday flat have succeeded in combining the old with the modern, so that you quickly feel at home.
The covered terrace leads to the hallway, which leads to the living area on the lake side, the double bedroom on the lake side and the bright bathroom.
The beach house with its dream location offers a panoramic view of Lake Como without any equal, thanks to its direct proximity to the water.
A hiking trail runs below the house, starting in Musso and ending in Cremia.
This approx. 3 km long path leads past cafés and restaurants and is ideal for anyone who wants to go jogging or just for a walk.
Small sections of beach offer the opportunity to sunbathe or go for a swim.
The ‘Museo della barca Lariana’ museum is a must for all boat enthusiasts.
Here you can see everything your heart desires, from small, simple boats to the typical ‘Lucia’ boats.
In Cremia, the Lumin restaurant and the La Baia restaurant, both in a panoramic location, offer typical Lombard dishes.
If you like cocktails, we recommend sitting down at a table in the small bar "Lo Scalo" and savouring the wide range of cocktails on offer. The bar has a small terrace right by the lake, so there is a little breeze to keep you cool.
Due to its nature, the house and garden are less suitable for people with walking difficulties.
The flat white steps near the terrace towards the car park require extra attention in the rain due to the risk of slipping.
Your vehicle is parked in a private parking bay above the house.
Your holiday flat is located directly on the lake with beautiful beaches and beach cafés nearby.
Surfing and water sports equipment can be hired in the village and in the neighbouring villages - all within walking distance via the lakeside path.
The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption only for use from 1 October to 30 April €10 per day
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day in the period April to September from 14 years of age
